Cancelling a booking

Airline fare rules apply
Every fare carries its own cancellation and change rules set by the airline. Some fares are refundable, some carry a fee, and some are non-refundable under airline policy. We will always disclose the applicable rules before you buy, so there are no surprises later.
Refunds
When an airline approves a refund, we submit it on your behalf. Refund timelines are controlled by the airline and the original payment method — most refunds are processed within the airline's stated window once the request is accepted. Refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
Airline-initiated changes
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, we will contact you with the airline's options — rebooking, travel credit, or refund where the airline offers one — and help you choose at no extra charge.
