By using this website or booking travel with Traventa, you agree to the terms below.
Our role
Traventa is an independent travel service. We search fares and arrange bookings with airlines on your behalf. Airline terms and conditions apply to the tickets we issue, including rules on schedule changes, baggage, and carriage.
Bookings and confirmations
A booking is confirmed when your itinerary and payment are completed on the call and a confirmation is issued. Fares are not held until a ticket is issued; prices can change between quote and purchase, and we will always confirm the final amount with you before charging.
Payments
You authorize us to charge the card you provide for the total quoted, including airline taxes and fees disclosed on the call. If a booking is declined or cancelled by the airline, we will work with you on alternatives or a refund where the airline permits.
Traveler responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger names, dates of birth, and travel documents. Name changes after ticketing may not be permitted by the airline, so please review your confirmation carefully when it arrives.
Limitation of liability
Traventa is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or other events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees actually paid to Traventa for the booking in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
